Payments
- Online payments via credit card are the payment approach.
- Acceptable forms of payment are: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- We do not accept cash payments or e-checks.
- Only limited exceptions exist for paper checks (i.e. from a school or organization).
- Students are not able to attend a youth program unless they are paid in full.
- Any student with an unpaid balance may be locked from future enrollment in any youth program until balance is paid in full.
Additional Payment Information for Summer Youth Programs/Camps
- Participants pay an annual $10 UNH Youth Program Registration fee (once per student) upon check out. This $10 fee is required and supports health & wellness needs and our supplemental registration software.
- Some programs will offer a deposit option (25% of the camp fee). If a deposit is offered, the balance is due by May 1. If a deposit is not offered, payment in full is required at the time of enrollment. If available, deposit or pay in full options can be chosen once the session is in your cart. A deposit option is not offered after May 1.
- Account balances are due by May 1 but can be paid before that date. It is the family responsibility to make a timely final payment. Refer to our To Pay an Outstanding Balance page for instructions.
- After May 1, students with an outstanding balance may be dropped from the session.
Summer Youth Program/Camp Refunds*:
- Drops/Transfers approved 15 days or more before a session start date are subject to a minimum $75 administrative fee.
- Refunds are not issued for cancellations 14 days or less before a session start date.
- Refunds are not issued on or after the first day of the camp session.
- Full refunds are provided in the event UNH cancels a session before the start date.
*Most summer youth programs use these refund procedures, but a few do not.
Academic Year Program Refunds
- Refunds for academic year youth programs are set by the sponsoring department.
- Refund procedures will be stated within the website program page, or contact the program manager.
- Full refunds are provided in the event UNH cancels a session before the start date.
UNH Tax ID #
UNH's Tax ID # is 02-6000937. This is included on Youth Program receipts. Consult your tax preparer or employer regarding eligibility of camp/program costs for tax deduction or flexible spending account (FSA) coverage.
